At Feldenkrais Institut Wien, wearing your facemask is mandatory. At the entrance, we offer hand sanitizer and a contactless thermometer. In the big hall, the air is constantly changed, either through the open windows or by our potent ventilation system. All relevant surfaces are sanitized regularly (tables, paddings, door handles, light switches, water taps etc.). Every day, we note who attends classes at what time so that in case it’s needed we can support a smooth contact tracing. Please contact your teacher if you have questions.
Please register directly with the teacher of your class:
There is a variety of course cards availabe (Download overview).

What to wear
For your Feldenkrais lessons it makes sense to wear clothes that allow you to move freely. You can use our changing rooms at the institute, but you don't have to wear anything special - as long as it doesn't inhibit your movements. It's a good idea to wear socks and please bring something (scarf, blanket, towel) to help maintain the hygiene of the mat you will be using here. Thank you!
