This Master Class will be a training in competence, creativity and quality. We will focus on developing different areas of your Feldenkrais skills. The main focus of the 2 years will be in FI but there will also be discussions and analysis of ATM that will help your understanding and teaching skills.
In FI we will study and learn both classical material and creative aspects of the work. There will be clear demonstrations and time to practice and develop more refined
- handling skills
- understanding
- feeling and sensory states
- internal and external modes of expression in doing FI.
There will be discussions and explanations of the principles of FI and ATM and also discussions related to interpersonal Neurobiology and its close relationship to the Feldenkrais work.
Taking part in this Master Class means you will commit yourself to participate in all 4 segments:
